Create a do-it-yourself shooting range with this 4×4 Horizontal Target Hanger. Simply add your own 4×4 and a steel plate your start shooting. Easy to install…just hang on any 4×4 and attach steel plate (4×4 and steel plate not included). Holds plate at slightly downward angle to deflect fragments into ground.
